We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker at our branch in Naples! As a Personal Banker, you'll build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers—listening, advising, and connecting them with financial solutions that truly fit their lives. You'll be a visible, trusted presence both in the branch and out in the community, confidently introducing customers to a full range of banking services, including consumer and home equity lending. Along the way, you'll support daily branch operations, handle transactions, and help resolve customer needs with professionalism, warmth, and a problem-solving mindset. This is a people-first role for someone who thrives on connection. What you'll bring: 3 - 5 years of experience in banking High school diploma required with post high school education, certification and/or college degree preferred, or commensurate work experience Superior knowledge of Bank products and services Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to being a good listener with an acute ability to remain pro-active and decisive Top-notch written and oral communication skills Exceptional internal and external customer service with demonstrated relationship-building skills Proven successes with maintaining, developing and expanding customer relationships Fluency in Microsoft Suite with a preferred aptitude in Integrated Teller and CRM software Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances Self-motivated and driven with exemplary engagement Willingness to accept direction/instruction and work well within a team of professionals Every other Saturday morning availability is necessary Ability to travel to Norway, ME for training .
