CNB is looking for a qualified, motivated, and client- and team-focused individual to join our team as a Relationship Banker II for our ON-SITE location in Spring Arbor, Michigan.
JOB SUMMARY A
Relationship Banker III position is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience as the first point of contact for our clients. Relationship Banker III is responsible for handling a variety of complex financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency including opening new accounts, closing accounts and maintenance of current accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent client experience while opening personal and business accounts for new or existing clients.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank products and services in order to better assist clients and refer them to other areas of the Bank as appropriate.
Assists clients by troubleshooting issues with debit cards, online banking, and other account inquiries.
Respond to client inquiries which may include outgoing wire transfers, account changes, closing accounts including IRAs and HSAs.
Follows up with clients as necessary and performs file maintenance.
Respects and maintains strict confidentiality of all information acquired while performing job tasks.
Verify client identity to ensure compliance with bank policy and procedure.
Assists in the opening and closing duties and operations of the branch.
Maintains regular, on-time attendance.
Complies with all regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act and all others specific to their position.
Performs other various duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Previous experience as a Relationship Banker I or commensurate banking experience
