We are currently searching for a Private Banking/Treasury Management Support Specialist ! Under the direction of the Private Banking/Treasury Management Manager, the primary role of the Private Banking/Treasury Management Support Specialist s to assist the department and relationship manager(s) in providing clients and internal bank personnel with outstanding support and the most competitive products available while providing fee income to the institution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
:
Essential Client Support Duties and Responsibilities:
Assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures as well as state and federal banking regulations including
BSA/AML/OFAC.
Assist in on-boarding new accounts/services by gathering client information, facilitating/completing new account openings, completing documentation, implementing online bank systems, providing installation/technical assistance and training clients on new services. Serve as primary client support for Private Banking/Treasury Management accounts and services by phone, email or through face-to-face meetings as needed. Develop client relationships by gaining trust of client with value added services. Recognize and act on sales and servicing opportunities for all Private Banking/Treasury Management products and services to bank clients and prospects. Assist department manager and relationship manager(s) with annual audits, portfolio management and reporting, scheduling, and assisting in meetings with clients to review and analyze changes in goals, objectives and recommending changes to their products as needed. Maintain and follows through with clients regarding changes, additions and other service-related issues with Bank products and services.
New Business Development:
Responsible for recognizing opportunities for new products, services, and fee income for the institution through traditional products and services. Assists prospects and clients with relevant information about new products and services and helps manage referrals from other departments, as well as, assisting the department manager and relationship managers to grow existing relationships. Responsible for obtaining client referrals for other departments of the bank including Retail, Commercial and Investment Departments for various relationships.
Training:
Training Office Managers, New Accounts Representatives, Tellers and Commercial Lenders on new Private Banking and Treasury Management products and services for the institution.
Other Duties:
Maintain Bank's public entity file and complete required daily reporting. Completes monthly billing and maintains database using Weiland Account Analysis system. Takes on special projects and assignments as needed. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in financial OR business administration preferred Prefer someone with sales experience 3-5 years' experience in related field
