Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Salt Lake City, UT and supports Sunwest Bank's commercial banking and customer service activities. The Job Title will manage daily responsibilities such as supporting client accounts, handling inquiries, assisting with transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service. The role may involve preparing documentation, maintaining records, and adhering to regulatory and internal policy requirements. The individual will collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and contribute to team objectives. This position requires consistent on-site presence to engage with clients and team members and to support branch or office operations. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with business clients and internal stakeholders. Attention to detail and organizational skills, including accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and time management. Basic financial and analytical skills, with the capacity to understand banking products, interpret data, and follow compliance procedures. Proficiency with office productivity and banking-related software, and ability to learn new systems and technology tools. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a related customer-facing role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
