Job Description
Universal Banker Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Universal Banker provides exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships. This role processes financial transactions, opens and manages consumer accounts, and identifies customer needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services. The position also supports commercial and small business customers with treasury management services, including cash management, ACH, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and business debit cards, along with troubleshooting related issues.
