We have an outstanding workplace with a team that takes pride in exceptional service. We are currently seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our team at our DeForest location. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting a variety of financial transactions in a collaborative branch environment. Key Responsibilities Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and cashier's checks. Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records. Open and service new consumer accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs. Assist customers with account maintenance, debit card requests, and online/mobile banking enrollment. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and security procedures. Resolve customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional service. Support branch operations and assist team members as needed. Qualifications Previous banking, teller, or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of deposit products and new account procedures. Strong cash-handling and balancing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience opening consumer deposit accounts. Knowledge of banking regulations, including BSA/AML and CIP. Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills. Schedule This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings once a month .
