Position Summary This position will provide customers with superior and quality customer service while performing efficient and accurate transaction processing. Enhancing customer relationships by referring customers to new products and services offered by the bank to achieve our customer's goals. Role and Responsibilities Processes all deposit, savings, and loan transactions While processing routine client transactions, the Retail Banking Representative will identify current and future financial needs, and effectively refer to branch and other departments. Recommends appropriate retail accounts and services by explaining unique benefits to the customer in addition to features Resolves customer complaints and overcomes concerns related to deposit account transactions Adhere to bank policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality of customer information and activities Promote and achieve accuracy and quality in branch work Become proficient with job-related systems and equipment Participate in the general upkeep and appearance of the Branch Participate in available training opportunities Understands and complies with Bank mission and vision. Protects the Bank's assets in compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements. Assist other branches as requested. Saturday rotation scheduled may be included Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements High School diploma or GED Minimum of one-year related clerical/administrative experience or training Detailed understanding of banking services and products. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work Handle changing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service This job description does not state or imply the only duties and responsibilities assigned to this job.
