We're seeking a licensed banker or early-career advisor to grow within the Western Sussex County market-partnering with a top-producing Senior Advisor while building your own book through a strong referral network.
What You'll Do:
+ Build client relationships through referrals and branch partnerships + Deliver investment and insurance solutions + Support portfolio reviews and client lifecycle management + Partner across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams
What You Bring:
+ Banking, sales, or client-facing experience (licensed preferred) + Strong relationship-building skills and growth mindset Licenses (or willing to obtain): + Series 7, 63, and 65/66 +
Life/Variable Insurance Experience Required:
+ Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience + FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses + Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance ( LAH ) licenses?
