Infrastructure Senior Associate Compensation:
$150,000-185,000 + bonus
Location:
San Francisco, CA or New York, NY Piper Maddox is partnered with a high-growth infrastructure financial services platform combining investment banking, AI, and technology to transform how infrastructure transactions are executed. The company works across energy, data centers, transportation, and other critical infrastructure, giving this hire the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while helping build a new platform from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Drive complex infrastructure transactions from initial evaluation and structuring through diligence, execution, and close. Build and analyze sophisticated financial models and capital structures to evaluate projects and support investment decisions. Own client relationships and transaction workstreams, working directly with investors, developers, public-sector stakeholders, counsel, and other partners. Play a key role in building the platform, developing processes and workflows that improve how infrastructure transactions are evaluated, structured, and executed. Leverage cutting-edge AI and technology tools alongside the banking team to make the transaction process more efficient and fundamentally rethink how infrastructure finance is delivered. Operate with significant ownership and autonomy, helping shape deals, processes, and the direction of a rapidly growing business. What We're Looking For Senior Associate-level investment banker with strong infrastructure, power & utilities, energy transition, or project finance experience. Significant live transaction experience and exceptional financial modeling skills. Proven ability to manage clients, own workstreams, and independently drive transactions forward. High judgment, ownership, and autonomy in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. FINRA Series 63 and 79, or Series 7, strongly preferred.
