full-time Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Finance Associate to join our team and play a critical role in driving decision-making and financial planning across the business. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career finance professional to work closely with senior leadership, develop strong cross-functional partnerships, and help shape the future of a fast-growing company. This highly visible role will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and will have frequent exposure to the Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial forecasts and models to track performance and inform strategic planning; Analyze business performance and explain key deviations from plan helping to drive strategy and operational discipline; Partner cross-functionally (e.g. operations, product, marketing) to provide actionable insights and drive results; Support the company's long-term financial model and planning processes; Deliver reporting and analysis of KPIs, trends, and leading indicators; Analyze product, customer, and segment-level profitability and growth dynamics; Create and maintain recurring financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Board materials); Support corporate finance initiatives including capital raises, M&A, and investor presentations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative discipline; Relevant experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a similar analytical role; Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills in Microsoft Excel; Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis; Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities; Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights; Strong communication and presentation skills - able to engage both financial and non-financial stakeholders; High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or analyzing SaaS / subscription business models; Experience supporting M&A or capital raise processes.
