Outreach Associate:

Provide day-to-day support and guidance to a small sales team Assist with onboarding, coaching, and the ongoing development of team members Help track team performance and keep everyone motivated toward daily goals Support managers with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and assist with key operational processes Collaborate with leadership to improve team performance and the overall customer experience Help cultivate a positive, professional, team-first workplace culture What We're Looking For in an
