Internship Program:

The Private Real Estate internship is a 10-week program (June 2027 - August 2027). As an intern, you will work alongside the Private Real Estate team as they underwrite, close on acquisitions, asset manage, finance and dispose real estate investments. The internship will be based in CenterSquare's Conshohocken, PA office and is an in-office position.

Description:

Learn how to develop cash flow projections utilizing Argus and Excel software Learn the due diligence process for proposed acquisitions Learn how to create and maintain Argus models for commercial properties Research and collect financial and market data for use in investment decisions Participate in portfolio and broker meetings Participate in tours of local assets, when available Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions with various professionals in the organization to gain an understanding of how the firm operates Exposure to portfolio managers and senior leaders in the organization Assigned to a mentor who will provide professional guidance throughout the internship Attend social networking activities which will occur over the course of the summer Project presentation to team members/senior leaders at close of internship

Qualifications:

Strong academic background and GPA, majoring in finance, accounting or economics A keen interest in real estate, the stock market and/or macroeconomic events Superior knowledge of excel required (i.e. vlookups, macros and index) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Outgoing personality, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our firm.
