Job Description

Interns assist with requests, providing the administrative support needed. Interns will lead and collaborate on special projects, creating a comprehensive presentation for senior management. Interns will take on various roles aligned with their skills and the needs of the credit union.
Specific responsibilities include:
Providing professional and accurate service and support to all members and team members by responding to member requests in the branch, via email, telephone calls, text messages, and web messaging. Develop, maintain, and demonstrate a working knowledge of credit union goals, policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal government laws and regulations. Resolve member inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Assist members and guest members with financial transactions in the branch. Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve credit union operations. Work on key projects assigned by management. Prepare progress reports and deliver a presentation to senior management on special projects assigned. Education and Skills Experience A high school education or GED is required.
