Proactivity, attention to detail, impeccable follow-through, and strong prioritization skills are essential for success in this role.
Case Management:
Work with advisors, team members and/or clients to ensure referred leads and all open cases are monitored and moved through the sales cycle expeditiously. Ensure status of open cases and referred leads is consistently updated in CRM with appropriate follow-ups scheduled.
Meeting Preparation:
Ensure all materials needed for a successful meeting are prepared in advance. This may include running reports, preparing the advisor for the meeting, and/or sending documents to clients in advance, so they can come prepared.
Case Follow-up:
Ensure meeting notes and follow-up tasks are input into CRM, delegating tasks to appropriate team members. Follow up with clients to provide and/or request information or documents as needed. Act as liaison between advisor, team, and clients, ensuring a positive client experience.
Financial Plan & Sales Materials Preparation:
Gather necessary information to run planning analysis, prepare illustrations, proposals, or other sales materials. Review plan outputs with advisor. Prepare feed lists as requested. Support sales and operations teams as needed. Previous experience in the financial services industry preferred. Industry-related license(s) a plus but not required. (Life & Health, SIE, Series 6 or 7, Series 63.) Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills with various programs including MS Office, CRM, etc. Personally owned and paid for smart phone available for business use (calls, work-related applications, email, etc.) Benefits Safe Harbor 401(k) plan with discretionary profit-sharing component (begins the earlier of 1/1 or 7/1 after first year of employment).
