Position Summary The Pricing Manager oversees Odyssey's endtoend pricing strategy, development, compliance, and execution for all Business Development (BD), Capture, Proposal, and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) activities. This role ensures pricing solutions are competitive, defensible, compliant with Government requirements, consistent with Odyssey's strategy, and aligned with internal financial structures including labor categories, indirect rate application, and costbuild methodology. The Pricing Manager serves as a key integrator across Operations, Capture, BD, Contracts, Subcontracts, FP&A, and Program Control to deliver highquality, timely pricing products that support successful proposal submissions and sustained growth.
