Pensacola, Fl About the Position We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, reliable, and teachable Public Adjuster / Loss Consultant to join our growing team. This is not a traditional full-time position . Work will be based on the number of property-loss leads and appointments we receive. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company as our business grows. Before discussing long-term compensation or a fixed salary, we want to evaluate your availability, job capacity, reliability, and ability to properly handle appointments . Qualified candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and the capacity to take on a consistent workload may have the opportunity to move into a fixed-salary position . Responsibilities Inspect residential and/or commercial properties for damage. Evaluate and identify property damage. Document damages thoroughly with photographs, notes, and measurements. Take accurate property and damage measurements. Prepare clear documentation of findings. Review and understand homeowners/property insurance policies. Identify relevant policy provisions related to covered losses. Communicate professionally with property owners and our team. Attend scheduled appointments reliably and on time. Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures. Represent the company professionally at every property inspection. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Responsible and dependable Trustworthy and honest Reliable and punctual Teachable and willing to learn Comfortable inspecting properties and documenting damage. Able to accurately take measurements. Able to read and understand a home/property insurance policy. Professional when communicating with homeowners. Organized and detail-oriented. Able to work independently in the field. Available to accept appointments as leads come in. Must have reliable transportation. Experience as a public adjuster, loss consultant, insurance adjuster, estimator, contractor, inspector, or in a related property-damage field is strongly preferred. Compensation This position is paid per appointment/job . There is no predetermined salary at the beginning because compensation and workload depend on the number of jobs and leads available. We want to first understand your job capacity and availability before discussing a long-term compensation arrangement. Candidates who prove themselves, demonstrate consistent reliability, and have the capacity to handle a larger workload may be considered for a fixed-salary position . Why Join Us?
