Commercial Property Appraiser Job Responsibilities:
Perform annual valuations of commercial, industrial, multifamily, and exempt properties Conduct research, analysis, and property reviews to determine appropriate valuations Ensure appraisal work complies with applicable state requirements and professional standards Maintain accurate assessment records and supporting documentation Work independently while receiving guidance from senior appraisal staff Assist with other appraisal-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
Commercial Property Appraiser Job Qualifications:
At least 2 years of mass appraisal experience Completion of 120 hours of approved appraisal coursework, including relevant IAAO or Appraisal Institute courses Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history Must meet background and employment eligibility requirements Strong analytical, organizational, and recordkeeping skills Ability to interpret and apply appraisal regulations and standards
