Working under the direction of the Assessing Director, the position is responsible for inspecting properties, ensuring all data for each property is accurate, updating the Town's CAMA software, and tracking real estate sales, including confirming deed boundaries. Familiarity with CAMA systems and municipal assessing processes is preferred, but previous experience in property appraisal, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
