Collaborate with R D, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate communication of regulatory information. Maintain supplier records and follow up on regulatory data requests. Oversee document control activities, including SAP record management and regulatory data archiving. Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes, databases, and data management systems to enhance efficiency and compliance. Proactively request and manage up-to-date SDS, Product Data Sheets (PDS), and regulatory questionnaires to support business continuity, acquisitions, and customer requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with R D, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant communication of regulatory and product information. Maintain active engagement with U.S. based suppliers, including follow-ups to ensure timely submission of regulatory documentation and compliance data. Develop and maintain a U.S. supplier database/directory, improving data accessibility, traceability, and supplier compliance tracking. Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and archiving regulatory data and communications. Manage document control processes, including uploading and maintaining records in CG50 transactions, ensuring data integrity and system compliance. Oversee and continuously improve administrative processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data management systems, and support scalability for future business needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree (BS) in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related scientific field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage data, prepare reports, and maintain documentation. SAP basic knowledge preferred. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders. Ability to follow up with suppliers and drive timely data collection. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail with a commitment to regulatory accuracy and integrity. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory information clearly.
