A well‑established, family‑owned building materials company in the Pacific Northwest is hiring an Credit Analysts to support daily operations and customer interactions. This is an ASAP start, temp‑to‑hire opportunity with strong long‑term potential. Qualified candidates will be fast‑tracked directly to the hiring manager . Key Responsibilities Conduct credit checks and evaluate the financial strength of corporate clients Assist with credit evaluations, underwriting support, and risk assessments Set up and maintain client accounts, including establishing credit limits and terms Process billing, invoices, and account updates with accuracy and attention to detail Monitor existing accounts for risk exposure, delinquencies, and payment trends Partner with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to support account decisions Prepare reports and documentation to support credit recommendations Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in credit analysis (for a corporate company not a bank), billing, AR/AP, or financial operations is preferred Strong understanding of financial statements and basic credit principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience working with corporate or commercial credit Familiarity with billing systems, ERP platforms, or credit tools Knowledge of underwriting or risk management practices
