Job Summary Our client is seeking a Process Manager, Card Risk Intake Management Team to join their team! Core Responsibilities Manage the intake and tracking of operational events and process issues Facilitate discussions with cross-functional partners to assess customer, business, and regulatory impact Coordinate action plans and ensure appropriate documentation, escalation, and resolution Monitor issues through completion and communicate status updates to key stakeholders Support process improvements to reduce risk and strengthen operational controls Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Experience in process management, risk management, operations, or project coordination Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess business impact Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior business partners Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or operational risk concepts is a plus Proficiency with Google (Documents, Sheets, Slides) and JIRA; experience with issue tracking or governance tools is preferred

Work Environment Location:

Richmond, VA Hybrid 3 days a week on site

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $54.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
