The Opportunity In support of the revenue growth target for the organization, this role will be responsible for developing and managing sourcing relationships for IT Assets and Components. Additionally, the employee will be engaged in selling out any related products that come from existing or future client relationships, including products the employee has sourced through their developed customers. This employee should be outgoing, independent, dynamic, and persuasive. This hire will be proactive and organized, able to develop and manage significant deal flow. Company and individual goals and metrics are transparent and clearly and methodically communicated throughout the organization, the ideal candidate will thrive in and support a structured environment/team and will support other departments in the achievement of their goals. Candidate should bring a general knowledge of sales and negotiation and be proficient in the MS office suite, especially Excel. This hire will report into our Product Sales Leader. What You'll Be Doing Developing and managing sourcing relationships with other ITAD's, Resellers, Corporate Clients, Channel Partners or any other source of related products Developing and managing product sales relationships with a global client base Consulting with management and clients on forecasted commodity (component) values and trends Supporting operations with processing instructions and cut line direction. Maintaining personal deals/clients in Pipedrive CRM system Valuation of potential and incoming deals Collaborating with inbound and hardware sales teams to close deals and provide channel direction. Updating and discussing metrics as required What We're Looking For Required DFW based preferred will consider remote/hybrid. Domestic travel as required. 2+ years of sales experience Global buyer base and existing sourcing relationships Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills MS Office proficiency; Excel will be used for most transactions Excellent computer skills Ready to Apply?
