Job Description
- Tax Staff II (Hybrid) — Cincinnati, OH
Pay:
$72,000- $88,000 + bonus potential Ready to move past pure compliance? A well-established Cincinnati CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Tax Staff II who wants more planning, research and client time, with flexible hybrid work and real coaching. What you'll do:
- Prepare and review business and high-net-worth individual returns, workpapers and filings
- Apply federal, state and local tax rules to spot and resolve issues
- Help with tax research, projections and planning strategies
- Work directly with Seniors, Managers and Partners on client deliverables
- Support and collaborate with newer members of the tax team What you bring:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Progress toward CPA or EA, or a strong desire to pursue one
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Why join:
