You'll apply up-to-date knowledge of IRS regulations while using Intuit's data-driven, cloud-based tools to maximize customer outcomes. Responsibilities Provide expert tax advice and preparation support for Intuit customers using Turbo Tax and related products Analyze complex individual and small business tax situations to maximize refunds and ensure compliance Review and interpret current IRS regulations, tax laws, and guidance to inform customer recommendations Resolve tax-related issues and questions through phone, chat, or virtual consultations Collaborate with product and support teams to improve Intuit's tax solutions based on customer feedback Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of customer interactions and tax guidance provided Participate in ongoing training to stay current on tax code changes and Intuit product updates Contribute to a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and inclusive team culture focused on innovation Required Skills U.
