PM Work Arrangement:
Onsite during training; hybrid may be available after training with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
Tax Season:
Mandatory overtime, including potential 6-day workweeks, during January and February.

Pay Range:
$24 - $25.90/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Tax Analyst to support Consumer and Wealth Tax Operations. This role will focus on tax data validation, reporting, reconciliation, research, and quality control to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information used to prepare tax statements and regulatory reports. The ideal candidate will have tax or financial operations experience, strong Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. What You Will Do Validate tax data and reports against information maintained in tax databases. Review tax statements and forms to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies. Perform daily, monthly, and annual report validation. Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Research and respond to reporting inquiries from branch offices and internal teams. Investigate tax income and reporting data issues and support timely resolution. Perform accurate and efficient data entry and maintain detailed records. Support team processes and operational activities as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders while meeting deadlines. Provide additional support and overtime during peak tax-reporting periods. What You Will Bring Tax, tax operations, tax reporting, accounting, or financial services experience. Strong understanding of data validation and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Adaptability and a positive approach to changing priorities and processes. Willingness to work onsite during training and a minimum of 3 days per week onsite once hybrid work is available. Flexibility to work required overtime during the January-February tax season.
