This role is the central hub for administrative workflow, client intake, scheduling, and operational logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities—especially during peak tax periods. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Workflow Support Manage daily office operations, including mail, scanning, secure document handling, supply inventory, and equipment coordination. Serve as the first point of contact for clients—answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing general inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain firm calendars, coordinate client appointments, and support meeting logistics for partners and staff. Assist with assembling client deliverables (tax returns, financial statements, engagement letters) and ensure all documents meet firm formatting and quality standards. Support onboarding/offboarding of clients and staff, including setting up portals, organizing files, and coordinating with IT. Client Service & Communication Manage client intake processes, including collecting required documentation, monitoring portal uploads, and tracking outstanding items. Draft and send client communications such as reminders, appointment confirmations, missing‑information notices, and seasonal updates. Maintain a professional, service‑oriented approach that reflects the firm's standards for responsiveness and care. Compliance & Confidentiality Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for client financial and tax information.

Pay:

$16.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
