Identifies liabilities and ensures accurate collection Prepares assessment based on taxpayer records Communicates with customers, tax professionals, local tax officials, state representatives, attorneys, and co-workers in an effective manner via telephone, electronic media, or in person Works with DOR's Office of Special Investigations to identify possible criminal activity.
