What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

Contact members through various channels to resolve delinquent accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and document collection efforts while preparing regular activity reports. Manage charged-off loan recovery processes, recommend charge-offs and legal actions, and handle bankruptcy accounts, including monitoring and reviewing assigned cases. Administer insurance follow-ups, respond to credit bureau disputes, and ensure high member satisfaction.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a financial institution required. Account collection experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

In addition:

Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our Hours:

To best serve our members, this position requires a hybrid schedule of Monday

Friday with shifts between 8:00 AM
6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM
1:00 PM, affording a day off during the week.

In your role, you may have the ability to combine in-person and remote work once fully trained.
