The Tax Director will play a key role in shaping the future of the tax practice while remaining actively involved in day-to-day production. This is not a role for someone who wants to exclusively review returns or manage from a distance. The ideal candidate is technically strong, growth-oriented, collaborative, and energized by the opportunity to help build a modern tax practice from the ground up. Tax Technology & Innovation Own and optimize tax technology platforms, workflows, and integrations. Leverage technology, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and client experience. Evaluate and implement tools that support the firm's growth strategy. Practice Growth & Leadership Help scale the tax division through capacity building, hiring, and team development. Partner with leadership on strategy, staffing, and client experience initiatives. Contribute to building a modern, planning-focused tax practice. Why Join Perspective? This is an opportunity to help build a tax practice, not just prepare tax returns. You'll play a meaningful role in shaping the future of our tax division through leadership, client impact, technology, and team development while working alongside a growing wealth management firm committed to long-term excellence.
