This is a career-defining opportunity with strong upside into ownership and firm leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage and review complex tax engagements Oversee compliance and planning across multiple client industries Provide guidance on multi-state and indirect tax matters Mentor and develop junior staff Serve as a trusted advisor to clients What We're Looking For CPA preferred Strong tax experience in public accounting Audit background is a plus Hands-on experience with: Nexus analysis Sales & use tax Real estate tax Prior supervisory or leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$160K – $200

K Bonus:

Discretionary Medical & Dental:

80% covered for employee 401(k): 3% match

Profit Sharing:

2% (funded consistently for over a decade)
