Manager Salary:

$130,000•$160,000 per year Job Details•Key Responsibilities and Duties Manage a full portfolio of business and individual tax clients from planning through final delivery Review complex tax returns including partnerships (1065), S corps (1120S), C corps (1120), individual returns (1040), fiduciary and trust returns (1041), and gift tax returns (709) when applicable Research and resolve complex federal and state tax issues Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor Supervise, mentor, and develop Tax Seniors and Staff Accountants through training and review Review staff work for technical accuracy and firm quality standards Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and deadlines through busy season and beyond Identify opportunities to improve client tax strategies and firm efficiency Partner with firm leadership on special projects and practice development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA license required or actively in process Minimum of 8 years of recent public accounting tax experience Experience supervising and mentoring staff Strong background reviewing complex business and individual tax returns Working knowledge of pass through entities, trusts, estates, and high net worth individual taxation Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping client service front and center

Preferred:
