Full-Time | Permanent Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Tax Lead with 7+ years of public accounting experience to lead tax engagements, manage client relationships, review complex tax returns, and mentor staff. The ideal candidate will have an active CPA license , strong expertise in tax planning, compliance, and preparation, and extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws. Required Qualifications 7 years of public accounting experience. At least 1 year of experience as a Tax Manager. 2+ years of experience in Managing and Training Team Members in Public Accounting firm Active CPA license is required.

Strong hands-on experience in:

Tax planning Tax compliance Tax preparation Strong knowledge of: Federal tax laws State tax laws Local tax laws Experience reviewing tax returns for: Corporations Partnerships Individuals Trusts Estates Private Foundation Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency with tax software and related accounting software. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
