Job Description

An International Fortune Consumer Products company in Princeton seeks a Tax Manager with ten plus years of tax experience with a Top Tier CPA firm or an international company. Prior supervisor experience along with experience in tax compliance and planning for a multinational company is required. This is a hybrid position and will be in Princeton 2 to 3 days per week. This opportunity will be involved in compliance, planning, transfer pricing, etc. The Tax Manager will also be involved in the taxation issues relating to all investment transactions. The manager will also interface with general accounting and benefits in providing guidance on various tax issues. A CPA, and MST of JD is ideal along with a strong management experience in taxation.
