Includes a yearly performance-based bonus and new client incentives. Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of tax clients across various industries. Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to business owners and high-net-worth clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Mentor, coach, and review the work of tax staff and seniors. Assist with staff development, performance evaluations, and training initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve client operations through proactive tax strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA license required. 6+ years of recent public accounting tax experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience reviewing complex tax returns and supervising staff.
