This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned tax professional who enjoys client service, leadership, mentoring staff, and helping drive the strategic growth of a dynamic public accounting firm. What You'll Do Manage a diverse portfolio of individual, business, trust tax clients Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing proactive tax planning and consulting services Review complex tax returns and research technical tax issues Lead client meetings and develop long-term client relationships Mentor, develop, and coach tax staff and seniors Assist with workflow management, scheduling, and engagement planning Work closely with firm leadership on practice development and strategic initiatives Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value to clients Stay current on federal and state tax law developments and communicate their impact to clients and staff Qualifications CPA license required 8+ years of public accounting tax experience preferred Strong technical knowledge of individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and trust taxation Proven experience managing client relationships and leading engagement teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Experience reviewing and mentoring staff Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm Why Henderson & Gardner?
