Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing complex tax work across a range of clients and entities Managing workflow, deadlines, quality, and client service Leading and strengthening client relationships Supporting tax planning and advisory work Coaching staff and helping them progress Working with the owner on complex matters and wider firm priorities Building toward broader leadership responsibilities, Partnership, and future equity What the firm is looking for You will need strong public accounting tax experience at Senior, Supervisor, or Manager level. You should be confident reviewing complex returns, managing workflow, developing people, and working directly with clients. The firm is looking for someone who enjoys advisory work, values long term relationships, and wants to become involved in the wider running of a practice. CPA or EA credentials are preferred.
