Compensation:

$45k Employment type: Part-time or full time Nationwide Tax Care, LLC, is a full-service tax resolution firm looking for professionals to join our team. We offer a variety of financial and tax-related services, such as help with IRS & State tax audits, tax preparation, levy releases, federal & state tax liens releases, establishing payment arrangements, reducing or releasing wage garnishments, establishing settlement agreements or currently not collectible programs, filling for innocent/injured spouse relief and ID theft cases.

Job Description:

• Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and follow up with clients
• Prepare documents & financial worksheets for taxing authorities
• Educate taxpayers on our services, processes, and procedures
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Upload transcripts, client documentation, notes, etc
• Available to work from 8:00 am
• 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Multitask while working with customers and navigating thru our systems

Job Requirements:

• Versed in Word, Excel, Outlook

Bi-lingual:

English/Spanish speaking is a plus

• Excellent organizational & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent performance in high volume cases
• Consistent job history
• College degree
