Tax Preparer / Tax Planner TradeWell Tax & Financial | Fort Wayne, IN TradeWell Tax & Financial is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer / Tax Planner to join our existing tax team in a full-time, year-round position. This role will manage a high-volume tax client base during tax season while providing proactive tax planning and support to clients throughout the year. Responsibilities Prepare and file individual tax returns Manage a significant tax-season workload Provide year-round tax planning and projections Assist with estimated payments, tax notices, and other tax-related needs Meet directly with clients and answer tax questions Work alongside our financial advisors to identify tax-planning opportunities Qualifications Previous tax preparation experience required Strong knowledge of federal and Indiana tax regulations CPA or EA designation preferred, but not required Excellent organizational and client-service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced tax-season environment Compensation & Benefits Annual salary , based on experience and qualifications Paid vacation Fully Paid Health, Dental and Vision.
