What you need:

2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual tax returns. Passion for engaging with passing Walmart shoppers, and convert the conversations into appointments Availability for required schedule, including evenings and weekends. Ability to obtain your PTIN number from the IRS Previous tax office experience, retail sales, customer acquisition, is strongly preferred. Excellent computer skills. Willingness to learn. Experience in customer relations, customer service, engage customers, and provide answers to their questions.
