Job Description
Prepare federal and state tax returns for TurboTax customers at an onsite retail location. Provide tax advice, identify deductions, support tax planning, and help customers use TurboTax products. Build local client relationships through outreach and deliver personalized service for a range of individual and business tax situations. Responsibilities Prepare federal and state tax returns for individual and business tax situations. Provide tax advice, calculations, and guidance on deductions and tax liabilities. Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify tax planning opportunities. Assist customers with Turbo Tax products and resolve tax-related questions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through local outreach and follow-up. Represent Turbo Tax in the community and participate in local marketing efforts.
