Responsibilities Assist clients with gathering and organizing necessary tax documents, including W-2s, 1099s, and receipts Learn to prepare accurate individual and small business tax returns using specialized tax preparation software Support senior team members in reviewing tax reports for compliance with current tax laws and regulations Communicate clearly with clients to explain tax concepts, answer questions, and ensure understanding of their filings Maintain organized records of all client files, tax documents, and reports in accordance with confidentiality standards Contribute to the marketing efforts by helping identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention Stay updated on changes in tax law and software updates through ongoing training sessions Experience No prior experience is required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
