Conduct tax interviews with clients Increase retention of all clients Provide IRS audit support & attend audits as needed Further develop tax expertise Mentor and support teammates What you'll bring to the team... High School Diploma or equivalent Experience completing individual returns Tax planning and audit support Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing Additional experience for this position is acquired through training upon hiring •This office is an independently owned and operated franchise office operating under an agreement with H&R Block. Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee.
