We're interested in connecting with the right person who wants to build their own client base while working alongside an established tax and accounting practice. This could be a great fit for: An experienced tax preparer looking for a professional office and support Someone interested in learning tax preparation and building a seasonal business A retired tax professional who wants to continue working on their own terms A bookkeeper with an existing or growing client base who would benefit from having tax services available to their clients An established tax or bookkeeping professional interested in discussing a partnership or combining resourcesWe can provide professional office space, tax software and e-file infrastructure, training and ongoing support, an established business environment, automated phone/reception services, and access to an Enrolled Agent for tax guidance and support. For someone learning tax preparation, compensation would begin on a commission basis starting at 30% , with the opportunity to increase as experience, independence and client production grow. We are especially interested in someone who wants to develop their own clients and grow with us , rather than simply work an hourly job. For an established tax professional or bookkeeper who already has clients, we're open to discussing a different arrangement — including sharing resources, office infrastructure, referrals, or a potential partnership.
