Tax Preparer Premier Tax Group — Longview, TX About the Position Premier Tax Group is hiring a motivated and dependable Tax Preparer to join our team for the upcoming tax season. No previous tax preparation experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working with people, and ready to be part of a busy tax office. Responsibilities Prepare individual tax returns after completing company training Assist clients with tax-related questions and paperwork Provide friendly and professional customer service Learn and follow company tax preparation procedures Promote the business through social media Create and participate in social media posts and promotional content Help with general office duties as needed Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information Qualifications No prior tax preparation experience required Must be a fast learner Must be comfortable using social media Must be willing to post videos, pictures, and promotional content and represent the company online Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality Reliable and dependable Strong communication and customer-service skills Must be willing to work longer hours when needed during tax season Must have Saturday availability when needed Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team What We're Looking For We want someone who is not afraid to put themselves out there , enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable promoting the business on social media, and is willing to work hard during our busiest time of the year.
