POSITION SUMMARY

\nAssists the Head Teller in supervising the Teller line. A level 1 branch is based on Teller staff FTE, Deposits, Teller Transaction Volumes, Teller Referral Goals, Cash Limits and Business Deposit Volumes. Processes various transactions to provide prompt and quality service to present and potential customers.\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

\nAds to established Westfield Bank customer service standards.\nApplies the Westfield Bank Service and Sales Process during customer interaction to acquire and enhance customer relationships if applicable.\nProvides information regarding bank products to all potential customers both retail andmercial.\nAssists in supervising the teller line by:\nAllocating and coordinating the workflow in the absence of the Head Teller.\nGuiding and advising subordinates in the moreplex phases of their work.\nTraining new employees.\nProves cash drawer at end of day.\nMeets assigned referral goals through referral of bank products and services to meet customers banking needs.\nBalances ATM, maintains security of cash vault and performs semi-annual cash audits in absence of the Head Teller.\nMustplete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned.\nMust ad to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.\n
