Your role will include:

Delivering an exceptional member experience by providing friendly, accurate, and professional service during every interaction. Working comfortably in a dual-role environment , providing personalized one-on-one member service in an office setting and assisting members with transactions on the teller line. Processing a variety of financial transactions , including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, cash advances, and monetary instrument purchases. Opening new accounts and assist with loan inquiries by explaining available products, completing system entries, and collecting required documentation. Identifying member needs and recommend appropriate products and services that support members' financial goals. Resolving routine and complex member service issues by researching concerns, explaining policies, and identifying effective solutions. Supporting daily branch operations , including cash management, branch and vault balancing, night deposits, ATM deposits, and other cash equipment. Following established security, documentation, and regulatory requirements while serving as a knowledgeable resource for teller questions, complicated transactions, and balancing issues.
