Breakwater FCU is looking for a friendly, motivated, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people. The selected candidate will serve as a member contact to assist with questions, account transactions and member financial needs, ensuring that positive relationships are built between members and Breakwater FCU. Some of the everyday duties include, but are not limited to: assisting members with problem resolution for basic account issues; communicating with members and performing tasks such as cash transactions, withdrawals, deposits, money orders and loan payments; conducting check negotiations and determining holds according to credit union policy and established authority; balance a cash drawer and manage daily cash flow, scanning and balancing checks; ensuring ATMs balance and are operating correctly; and assist other departments with a variety of duties as needed. Some Saturdays, on a rotating basis, may be required.
