Role Overview As a Teller/Personal Banker, you will serve as a vital member of our front-line staff, providing exceptional customer service and personalized banking solutions. This role includes assisting customers with daily transactions, opening new accounts, resolving inquiries, and addressing account issues-all while building strong relationships with customers and the community. Qualifications Strong customer service Solid math and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn banking software Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively Knowledge of bank products and services-is helpful Availability to work rotating Saturday mornings as part of a regular schedule
