Our busy financial institution is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of part-time Customer Service Representative/Teller. This position will require the individual to work at our Lathrop branch. The successful candidate will provide excellent banking service to clients in a professional and courteous manner, maintain a basic understanding of our offered products and services, accurately and efficiently process client transactions, and fully comply with policies, procedures, and regulations. Responsibilities include teller work, opening accounts, and bookkeeping. Qualifications Proficient in customer service and cash handling Basic math skills, including debits and credits Experience with financial software and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection techniques Ability to manage cash effectively and accurately Familiarity with retail math and 10 key typing Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
