Part-Time Teller Join the Town & Country Bank Team in Salem! Town & Country Bank is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Teller to join our Salem team. If you enjoy helping people, have strong customer service skills, and are comfortable handling cash accurately and efficiently, we would love to meet you. As a Teller, you'll be an important part of creating a welcoming and positive banking experience for our customers. You'll handle everyday transactions, answer questions, identify customer needs, and connect customers with products and services that can help them reach their financial goals. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional, and timely service to every customer. Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other account transactions accurately. Verify cash amounts, signatures, endorsements, and account balances. Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and other specialized banking products. Place appropriate holds on accounts for uncollected funds. Balance your cash drawer and maintain an authorized cash supply. Meet or exceed established teller accuracy standards. Follow all operational, security, and compliance policies and procedures. Recognize customer needs and confidently refer customers to additional banking products and services.
