Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs in a professional manner Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and policies Identify customer needs and promote appropriate banking solutions Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily reports Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously Support branch operations

Skills and Qualifications:
